Have not lived, studied, or worked abroad for more than 3 years
Commit to returning to Egypt for 2 years after graduation
Achieve: GPA: 3.5 / 90% (Thanaweyya Amma or equivalent) TOEFL iBT: 100+ SAT: Old SAT: 2100 total (700 each section), or New SAT: 1450 total (730 EBRW, 730 Math), or SAT II: 600+ in three subjects
