Must be a legal resident of Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia, or a full-time student in one of these areas
Must be a full-time college student currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. institution
Must confirm continued enrollment for the upcoming summer or fall term
Must demonstrate involvement in the Polish community (past, present, or future plans)
High school seniors are not eligible
