Must be an incoming first-year student at Presbyterian College

South Carolina State Scholarships

PC students who are residents of South Carolina may also be eligible for state-supported merit scholarships.

Palmetto Fellows Scholarship

Up to $6,700 for first year; $7,500 for subsequent years

Eligibility:

Minimum 1200 SAT or 27 ACT
3.5 GPA (state uniform grading scale)
Rank in top 6% of class by sophomore or junior year
Must attend an eligible SC institution full-time

Sc Life Scholarship

Up to $5,000 annually

Eligibility (must meet two of the following three):

Minimum 3.0 GPA (state scale)
Minimum 1100 SAT or 22 ACT
Rank in top 30% of graduating class

Sc Hope Scholarship

$2,800 one-time freshman award

Eligibility:

Minimum 3.0 GPA (state scale)
For first-year college students only; not renewable

Stem Edu Enhancement

Additional $2,500 for Palmetto Fellows or LIFE recipients

Eligibility:

Declared major in approved math, science, or education fields
Earn 14 credit hours of qualifying STEM coursework by the second academic year
AP, IB, CLEP, or dual enrollment credits may count
