Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (for Master's programs) or a Master's degree (for Doctoral programs) from a recognized institution.
A minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent academic performance (at least 75%).
Research Requirements:
Enrollment in a program that requires a thesis or dissertation.
Commitment to full-time research until graduation.
English Language Proficiency:
Applicants must provide valid English proficiency test scores:
TOEFL (iBT): 61
IELTS: 5.0
PSU-TEP: 60
CU-TEP: 60
Exemptions may apply for applicants who have graduated from programs where English was the medium of instruction or from countries where English is the official language.
Residency and Study Commitment:
