Eligibility

The ROK-KAU Global Aviation Policy Fellowship is ideal for:

Government officials in civil aviation, transport, or infrastructure ministries
Policy advisors and planners in aviation-related fields
Aviation professionals from ICAO member states
Academics and researchers in transportation policy, aerospace law, or public governance
Priority is given to applicants from developing countries that are members of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in support of bridging global capacity gaps in aviation policy.

ROK-KAU South Korea Fellowship Programme 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Fellowship level programs at Korea Aerospace University.
