For the 2025/26 academic year, the Käte Hamburger Kolleg is particularly interested in research proposals exploring the theme of digitality/complexity. Topics of interest include: The digital/non-digital divide in science and engineering. The varieties of digital cultures shaping knowledge production. The transformative influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on science and technology. This fellowship invites applicants to address these topics and contribute to the broader themes of globality, varieties of science, and expanded Science and Technology Studies (STS).
