Eligibility

To be eligible for the Schlumberger Foundation Faculty for the Future Fellowship, applicants must:

Be a woman from a low- or middle-income country (as classified by the World Bank).
Be pursuing a PhD or postdoctoral research in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
Be enrolled, admitted, or have applied to a university or research institute outside their home country.
Have an excellent academic record and demonstrate high research potential.
Show commitment to returning to their home country after completing their studies to contribute to its socio-economic development.
Demonstrate leadership qualities, community engagement, and a track record of promoting women and girls in STEM.
