The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po is a full scholarship that covers: Full tuition fees. Monthly stipend (food allowance). Housing costs. Health insurance. Travel expenses (including flights to France). Visa application and settling-in costs. Application fee waiver for eligible candidates. Mentoring and psycho-social support.
