Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements: Professional Background: Government officers or public university professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in smart city-related fields. Academic Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution. Nationality: Nationals of ASEAN member states (both the applicant and their parents must hold foreign citizenship). Additional Preference: Recommendations from the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN) will be given additional consideration. Exclusion: Applicants who are already beneficiaries of similar scholarships are not eligible.

Benefits
The ASEAN Smart City Professional Program offers comprehensive financial support, including: Tuition Fee Waiver: Full tuition exemption for up to 2 years. Monthly Stipend: $1,400 per month for living expenses. Settlement Fee: A one-time payment of $300. Airfare: Round-trip airfare of up to $400 (economy class). Health Insurance: Coverage under the Korean National Health Insurance system.
