Seoul National University Spring 2025 GSFS Scholarships in South Korea (Fully Funded) is available to undertake level programs at Seoul National University.
Eligibility
Citizenship: Neither you nor your parents can be citizens of South Korea. Educational History: All your schooling, from elementary school through your bachelor's degree (or equivalent), must have taken place outside of Korea. Academic Credentials: You must have earned a relevant bachelor's degree (or a recognized equivalent) from an accredited institution outside of Korea. For master's or combined Master's & Doctoral programs, a bachelor's degree or higher is required. For Doctoral programs specifically, a master's degree or higher is necessary. Program Choice: You must apply to one of the colleges or schools specifically designated for the GSFS program for the Spring 2025 semester. (A list of these participating colleges/schools can be found elsewhere in this catalogue.) SNU Acceptance: You must be not only applying to Seoul National University for the Spring 2025 semester but also be accepted for admission.

Benefits
Financial Support: Tuition Coverage: The scholarship covers your entire tuition fee for up to two academic years (4 semesters), excluding the application fee of KRW 90,000 which you'll need to pay during online application. Living Stipend: You'll receive a monthly stipend of at least KRW 500,000 for your Master's program (lasting for 1 year) or Doctoral program (lasting for 2 years). Please note: The exact amount and duration of the stipend may vary depending on the college/school you choose. Once you receive your acceptance letter from SNU, you'll be provided with contact information for the scholarship staff at your specific college/school to inquire about further details. Additional Support: The Office of International Affairs (OIA) will provide GSFS recipients with the following assistance: Admission Documents: You'll receive a Certificate of Admission and an Information Guide. Registration Help: The OIA will assist you with the registration process.

Application Steps: Online Application: Create an account on the Seoul National University website and submit your application electronically. You can apply for the scholarship during this online application process. Application Fee: There's a non-refundable application fee of KRW 90,000 to be paid during the online application process. Important Deadline: Application for Admission (including Scholarship Application): July 11th, 2024 (Thursday) by 5:00 PM Korean Standard Time (KST)
