Chinese Government Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters and PhD level programs at Shandong University.
Eligibility
Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy.
They should hold a valid foreign passport and have no criminal record.
Candidates must show a friendly attitude toward China.
Bachelor’s Programs: High school diploma with excellent grades; under 25 years old.
Master’s Programs: Bachelor's degree with excellent academic performance; under 35 years old.
Doctoral Programs: Master’s degree with a strong academic background; under 40 years old.
Chinese-Taught Programs:
HSK Level 5 (Bachelor's), Level 6 (Master's and Doctoral).
Exemptions apply for applicants who completed previous education in Chinese.
English-Taught Programs:
Native English speakers are exempt from proficiency certificates.
Non-native speakers must provide IELTS (6.0+), TOEFL (80+), or equivalent scores. Exemptions are available for those educated in English.

Application Deadline: February 16, 2025. Applicants are encouraged to submit their materials at least two weeks before the deadline. Required Documents Applicants must prepare and upload the following: Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form. Academic transcripts and degree certificates (scanned in color). Language proficiency certificates (HSK/IELTS/TOEFL as applicable). Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Other documents as specified in the 2025 application instructions for Shandong University.
