Eligibility

The SINGA program is open to: International graduates with excellent academic records. Applicants with strong research interest in science and engineering. Individuals proficient in written and spoken English. Applicants must provide: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic transcripts. Two recommendation reports. A valid passport and a recent passport-sized photo.

To apply for the SINGA program, follow these steps: Visit the official application portal . Complete the online form and upload the required documents. Submit two recommendation reports from referees online. Important: Only applications with both recommendation reports submitted before the deadline will be processed. Deadline for January 2026 Intake: 1 June 2025 (2359hrs GMT +8).
