Eligibility
To be eligible for the MOE Pre-University Scholarship, applicants must: Be a Singapore Citizen or a non-citizen with at least one Singaporean parent. Have achieved an aggregate score of 8 points or less (without bonus points) in their GCE O-Level examinations for English, Higher Mother Tongue, or Mother Tongue, and 5 relevant subjects. Have a strong record in co-curricular activities and good conduct. Not be a concurrent recipient of any other MOE scholarships, except the Edusave Scholarships for Independent Schools (ESIS).

Application Procedure
