Skoltech Russia Graduate Scholarships Fall 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Masters, PhD level programs at Skoltech University.
Eligibility
An appropriate Bachelor’s degree or specialist degree, or its equivalent, from an accredited university
Applicants must have a strong academic background and research potential in fields such as computer science, physics, engineering, biology, mathematics, and related fields
All applicants must demonstrate English proficiency (minimum TOEFL iBT score of 72 or equivalent)
An appropriate Master’s degree or specialist degree from an accredited institution
A strong research proposal and a clear alignment with Skoltech’s academic objectives
Proficiency in English, with a minimum score of 72 on TOEFL iBT, 543 on TOEFL ITP, or equivalent
Skoltech is looking for highly motivated candidates with a passion for research and innovation. Although meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, successful applicants generally have a strong academic background and research track record.

Application Procedure
To apply for the Skoltech Graduate Programs, applicants must:
Complete the Online Application Form on the Skoltech website
Submit Required Documents :
CV (including academic background and professional experience)
Motivation Letter (explaining why you wish to study at Skoltech)
Two Letters of Recommendation
TOEFL/IELTS/English Language Proficiency Test Scores
Transcripts and Diplomas (translated into English, if necessary)
Application Fees :
Application Processing Fee : ₽500 (RUB) for Russian bank cards or $20 USD for international cards
The application deadline for Master’s Programs is July 7, 2025 , and for PhD Programs , it is July 1, 2025 . Applications for both programs will be accepted from April 21 to August 26, 2025 .
Selection Process
Round One : Review of the application and supporting documents
Round Two : Online testing
Round Three : S election Weekend, where shortlisted candidates will be invited to Skoltech for interviews, written examinations, and an English test.
Applicants who perform well in the Selection Weekend will be notified of their final acceptance.
