Covers full tuition + education enhancement fee for the first year.
3. Sophia University Graduate School Scholarship for Fostering Researchers in Doctoral Program (For Doctoral Students, no application required)
Awarded based on recommendation by graduate schools.
Supports outstanding researchers to continue doctoral-level research.

Choose an eligible program (Undergraduate or Graduate, English-taught).
Prepare admission and scholarship applications (separately).

Can I apply for both the New Student Scholarship and the Adachi Scholarship? Yes, international students may apply for both. However, awards are granted based on eligibility and financial need.
Do I need to submit separate applications if I apply for multiple programs? A separate scholarship application must be submitted for each program you apply to.
Can I apply during both the first and second application periods? No. If you already applied in the first round and passed, you are not eligible to apply again in the second period.
