Eligibility
To qualify for the 2026 Commonwealth PhD Scholarship at UP, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Must have completed a Master’s degree at least two years prior to applying for admission in 2026.
Applicants must be younger than 38 years old at the time of application.
Current or former Master’s and Doctoral students of UP are not eligible.
Must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country (except South Africa).
