Eligibility
To apply for the Vice Chancellor’s Academic Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:
1. Admission Requirements
Apply for an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
Meet and exceed the minimum academic entry requirements for the chosen course.
Meet the English language proficiency requirements for their program.
2. Program & Campus Restrictions
Not be applying for restricted programs such as:
Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood or Master of Nursing.
Be studying at one of the following:
Gold Coast
Lismore
Coffs Harbour
Online (only for non-student-visa international students)
Not enrolled through SCU Ventures, The Hotel School, or Keypath Education.
3. Student Status
Must be an international student paying international fees.
Not eligible if the applicant is:
Australian citizen
Australian permanent resident
New Zealand citizen
4. Academic Performance
Must demonstrate consistently high academic achievement.
Must maintain a GPA of 5.5 or above throughout the program to continue receiving the scholarship.
5. Attendance & Visa Compliance
Must meet all program attendance requirements.
Must comply with Australian visa conditions.

Application Procedure
