Eligibility
Be a citizen and resident of one of the 24 programme countries
Hold a CEO or senior executive position in a medium to large company
Be at least 30 years old (born in 1995 or earlier)
Have strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
Possess a post-secondary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
Be committed to implementing sustainable business practices

All Subjects
Foundation (May-June 2025): Online workshops, coaching, networking, sustainability trends/leadership challenges.
Strategic Business Project (June-Oct 2025): Develop sustainability-aligned business transformation project, mentor/coach support.
Masterclasses (Aug-Oct 2025): High-impact sustainability/business innovation sessions (for module completers).
Sweden Week (Oct 13-17, 2025): Onsite leadership training, industry visits, meetings with leaders/experts, field visits.
Way Forward (Nov 2025): Final online strategy implementation, networking, alumni/business ecosystem collaboration.

Application Procedure
