Eligibility
To qualify for the NCUT Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements: General Eligibility Foreign Nationality: Applicants must hold a foreign nationality and must not possess R.O.C. citizenship. Residency Requirement: Applicants must have continuously resided overseas for at least six years prior to February 1, 2025. No Previous Study in Taiwan: The scholarship is not available to overseas Chinese students who have previously studied in Taiwan. Program-Specific Requirements Master’s Programs: A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required. Doctoral Programs: Applicants must hold a master’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
