Degree Level
The grants support the development of Transnational Education (TNE) courses and degree programs at the higher education level. They are intended for universities and higher education institutions rather than individual students.

The program is designed for institutional partnerships and is not open to individual applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Uk Institution
Must be a higher education provider with degree-awarding powers.
Indian Institution
Must be a government or privately funded higher education institution.
Must be recognized by the appropriate regulatory authority such as: University Grants Commission (UGC) All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Other competent authorities in India.

Institutes of Eminence and Institutes of National Importance are encouraged to apply.
Industry Partner
Must be a legally registered commercial organization.
Can be based in either the United Kingdom or India.

Each proposal must include:
One or more UK higher education institutions
One or more Indian higher education institutions
At least one industry partner from either the UK or India
