Projects Align with TIFO's objectives and specified project categories. Deepen understanding of Japan, particularly overseas. Can be completed within one fiscal year (April 1 to March 31).

Application Procedure
Application Period October 1 to November 30, 2024 (Japan Time) To ensure timely review, we strongly encourage applicants to submit their applications well before the November 30 deadline. Due to the anticipated high volume of submissions in late November, we may experience delays in responding to inquiries. Grant Calendar (Outline) Application Period: October 1 - November 30 Selection of Grant Candidates: February 2025 Approval by Board of Trustees: March 2025 Notification of Selection Results: March 2025 Submission of Letter of Agreement and Project Plan: April 2025 Project Implementation: April 2025 - March 2026 Submission of Project Report: After project completion Selection Committee The Toshiba International Foundation maintains an independent selection committee responsible for evaluating grant applications. The committee selects potential projects for funding and submits recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
