Eligibility
To be eligible for the TRANSILVANIA Academica Scholarship 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Applicants must be from non-EU or non-EEA countries.
Candidates must fill out the online application form according to the guidelines provided in the application file section.
All required documents must be submitted in English.
The scholarship is awarded for the full duration of the chosen degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).
Students must pass each academic year to continue receiving the scholarship.

Transilvania University of Brasov Romania TRANSILVANIA Academica Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Masters, PhD, Bachelor level programs at Transilvania University of Brasov.

Benefits
The TRANSILVANIA Academica Scholarship offers the following benefits:
Full coverage of tuition fees, including registration and graduation fees.
Free accommodation in the university dormitories throughout the academic year and holidays.
A monthly allowance of 800 lei (approximately 170 USD), including during holidays.
Please note that travel expenses and visa costs are the responsibility of the candidate.

This scholarship is open to international students from Non EEA/EU Countries.

Application Procedure
Candidates must complete the online application form.
The application period runs from 17 February 2025 to 25 April 2025.
Submit the following documents in PDF format:
Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting outstanding achievements.
Motivation Letter (maximum one page) explaining the desire to study at Transilvania University.
Three Letters of Recommendation to support the candidate’s academic and personal achievements.
Ensure all documents are in English. Incomplete applications will be rejected, and no additional documents can be added after submission.
An evaluation board appointed by the Rector of Transilvania University of Brasov will review applications.
The selection will be based on the quality of the submitted documents.
Evaluation of application files will take place from 28 April 2025 to 28 May 2025.
Final approval and selection of candidates will be on 29 and 30 May 2025.
Results will be announced via email on 2 June 2025.
Only successful candidates will be notified.
Important Considerations
Selected candidates will need to follow the Romanian academic admission procedure as outlined on the Transilvania University website .
Only those who receive an email notification are considered successful.
Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
The scholarship will continue yearly only if the student successfully completes each academic year.
