Eligibility
Who Can Apply: This scholarship is open to international students (non-EU) who will be charged tuition fees at the non-EU rate. Applicants from Business programs are not eligible for this specific scholarship. However, they can contact business.masters@tcd.ie to explore potential bursaries or scholarships offered by the Business School. Selection Criteria: Academic achievement is a key factor in the selection process. The selection committee will also evaluate each applicant's potential to contribute positively to the Trinity College Dublin community. How to Apply (Applications for 2025 intake):
Find your Regional Officer: Select your country of residence on this page https://www.tcd.ie/study/country to identify your designated Regional Officer for the 2025 intake.
Submit your application electronically: Email your application package to your Regional Officer's email address.
Application Requirements (all documents must include your name and Trinity Application ID):
Trinity Offer Letter: You must have a confirmed offer (conditional or unconditional) for a postgraduate program at Trinity College Dublin for the 2025 intake.
Personal Statement (200 words): This statement should explain how you plan to contribute to the Trinity College Dublin community. Submit this document in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume: Include your academic and professional background.
What to Expect After Applying:
Acknowledgement: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your scholarship application for the 2025 intake.
Selection Notification: Your Regional Officer will contact you if your application is successful for the 2025 scholarship award. They will also guide you through the formal acceptance process for the scholarship.
Important Deadlines:
Americas Region: All applications for the 2025 intake are due by April 1st, 2025.
India Region: Applications for the 2025 intake are accepted in three batches with specific deadlines and announcement dates:
1st Batch Deadline: March 1st, 2025 / Announcement: April 1st, 2025
2nd Batch Deadline: May 1st, 2025 / Announcement: June 1st, 2025
3rd Batch Deadline: June 15th, 2025 / Announcement: July 1st, 2025
Applications after June 15th (India only): Applications for the 2025 intake will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, subject to remaining scholarship funds.
If awarded a scholarship for the 2025 intake, you will have two weeks to accept the offer and pay your course acceptance deposit.
Unaccepted offers within the timeframe may be allocated to another applicant.
