To apply for this fully funded Ph.D. scholarship at Tsinghua University , applicants must:

Be an international student meeting Tsinghua University’s Ph.D. admission requirements
Apply to one of the approved research fields listed in Table 1
Have a strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related disciplines
Align with Siemens' values and be willing to conduct research in collaboration with the company
Not hold any other major scholarships for Ph.D. studies at Tsinghua University
