UCL MRes Biosciences Scholarship 2024-2025 in UK is available to undertake level programs at University College London.
Eligibility
Be a current applicant to the MRes Biosciences program. Be a permanent resident of the UK and identify as one of the following ethnic groups: Black or Black British - Caribbean Black or Black British - African Other Black background Asian or Asian British - Bangladeshi Asian or Asian British - Pakistani Number of Scholarships Available: One scholarship is available for the 2024-2025 academic year. Selection Criteria: A UCL committee will carefully review applications based on the following factors: Academic Merit: Your prior academic achievements will be evaluated through your transcripts, references, and CV. Financial Need: Your socio-economic background will be considered to assess financial need. You will be required to submit a separate financial need application form. Personal Statement: Your personal statement within the MRes Biosciences program application should explicitly state your interest in the 2024 UCL MRes Biosciences Scholarship Scheme. Interview (Optional): You may be invited for an interview to further assess your suitability for the program and scholarship.

Benefits
Financial Support: Covers full tuition fees at the standard home rate for the 2024/25 academic year (£19,300). An additional living stipend of £10,000 is provided to help with your expenses while enrolled in the program. Mentorship: The scholarship also includes mentoring support to offer guidance and assistance throughout your studies. Duration: This scholarship is valid for the entire 2024-2025 academic year.

Application Procedure
Complete MRes Biosciences Application: Submit a full application for the MRes Biosciences program. Indicate Scholarship Interest: In your personal statement within the MRes Biosciences program application, clearly state that you are applying for the 2024 UCL MRes Biosciences Scholarship Scheme. Submit Financial Need Form: Complete and submit the separate financial need application form. Applications without a completed MRes Biosciences program application will not be considered. Selection Timeline: Application Deadline: The Deadline for UCL MRes Scholarship 2024/2025 is 19th July 2024. Selection Meeting: The selection committee meets in August 2024. Notification of Results: All applicants will be informed of the final decision as soon as possible following the selection meeting.
