UK Government Chevening Energy Market Reform Fellowship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Fellowship level programs at University of Dundee.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Chevening Energy Market Reform Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria: Nationality and Residence: The fellowship is open exclusively to Chinese nationals who intend to return to China after completing the fellowship. Professional Experience: Applicants must have at least five years of meaningful professional experience in the energy sector. This includes individuals currently employed or enrolled as PhD candidates (excluding PhDs from UK, EU, or USA universities). Academic Qualifications: A postgraduate-level qualification (or equivalent professional training) in a relevant field is required. Employment Restrictions: Applicants must not be an employee or relative of His Majesty's Government, the FCDO, or other specified UK government bodies within the last two years of the application date. Furthermore, applicants must not hold dual nationality where one nationality is British. Chevening Partner Employment: Applicants employed by Chevening Partner organizations within the last two years are eligible to apply but cannot receive a partner award from their affiliated organization. Additionally, individuals who have previously benefited from UK government-funded scholarships are eligible after a five-year period following the completion of their prior award. Applicants are expected to demonstrate career progression and leadership in their fields since receiving their previous award.
