Applicants must meet the following criteria: Age: General Scholars: Under 45 Senior Scholars: Under 50 Master’s Applicants: Under 35 Doctoral Applicants: Under 40 Educational Qualifications: Senior secondary diploma for general scholars Bachelor’s degree for master’s programmes Master’s degree for doctoral programmes Language Proficiency: Submit IELTS, TOEFL, or HSK scores as per programme requirements. Health Certification: Provide a completed Foreign Physical Examination Form.

Application Procedure

Preselection: Contact the National Commission for UNESCO in your home country for nomination details.
Online Application: Submit the Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form (Type A) on the China Scholarship Council portal by 12 February 2025.
