Application Procedure
What to Do: Grab the Application Form: Head over to UINSA's official website and download the application form specifically designed for international students. Prepare Your Application Materials: Get a legalized copy of your most recent diploma. Make photocopies of your passport or ID card. Include your official academic transcript. Put together a well-crafted curriculum vitae (CV) highlighting your academic and professional background. Secure a recommendation letter from your local embassy or consulate. Write a compelling motivation letter explaining why you want to study at UINSA. (A template is available on their website!) Submit a copy of your TOEFL, IELTS, or TOAFL certificate (optional). Provide a recent formal photograph (4x6 size). Submit Your Application: Send in your completed application form along with all the required documents. Wait for Eligibility Notification: UINSA will assess your application to determine if you qualify for a Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Receive Your Acceptance: Keep an eye on your email for an official notification from UINSA's International Office regarding your acceptance status. Get Support During Your Studies: UINSA will act as your guide and sponsor throughout your studies in Indonesia. Obtain a Study Permit: You'll need to apply for a study permit through the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs. Secure Your Visa: UINSA can assist you in getting a limited stay visa (VITAS) from the Indonesian embassy or consulate closest to you. Be prepared, as this process can take about 3-4 months.
