Eligibility
To qualify, applicants must:
Be international, undergraduate, degree-seeking students.
Hold an active non-immigrant temporary visa status (F-1/J-1).
Maintain full-time enrollment.
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (for scholarship renewal).
Not qualify for any tuition reduction or waiver program.
Meet UMD undergraduate admission deadlines.

Canadian students from Ontario and Manitoba pay domestic tuition except health insurance, but they are still considered international for the scholarship.
