What Does the Fellowship Offer? The University of St Andrews provides Global Fellows with a comprehensive support package, including: A stipend of £1,000 per 28-day visit (or a pro-rata amount for shorter stays). Self-catered accommodation in a one-bedroom apartment or equivalent. Return airfare in economy class, arranged by the University. Airport transfers to and from St Andrews. Access to world-class IT and library facilities. Fellows are expected to participate in scholarly activities, deliver research seminars, and engage with students and staff. For those unable to visit in person due to caring responsibilities or other commitments, a fully virtual fellowship or a shorter visit can be arranged.

Applicants are encouraged to identify shared research interests with St Andrews academics and discuss potential collaborations before applying. Selection Process Applications will be reviewed by the relevant Schools, with final decisions made by a multidisciplinary selection committee. Successful candidates will be notified by 30 May 2025 .
