CMPA is pleased to offer three Equity Scholarships to support attendance at the 2024 Family Medicine Forum (FMF) in Vancouver, BC, November 6-9. Recipients will receive complimentary registration for the forum . However, it's important to note that the scholarship does not cover travel, lodging, or other associated costs.

CMPA Equity Scholarship at University of Toronto is open to all nationalities.

Application Procedure
HOW TO APPLY To apply for the CMPA Equity Scholarship complete the following steps: Write a brief response to how your participation at FMF 2024 would benefit your future and why this is important for you (max 400 words). Include your current résumé. Submit your application in English or French to advocacy@cmpa.org by August 16, 2024 . Successful applicants will be notified by August 30, 2024. A selection panel will review each application and award a scholarship based on need and the application package submitted. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to advocacy@cmpa.org .
