Eligibility
To be eligible for the Pearson International Scholarship, you must:
Be an international student (requiring a study permit).
Be in your final year of secondary school in 2026/2027 or have graduated no earlier than June 2026.
Be starting your undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto in September 2027.
Be nominated by your high school through the university’s official process.
Students already in post-secondary education or beginning studies at another institution before September 2027 are not eligible.

Application Procedure
1. School Nomination (Expected: July–October 2026)
Ask your school principal, counsellor, or head to nominate you.
Only one student per school can be nominated each year.
Schools will follow the official instructions once the 2027 nomination cycle opens.
2. Apply for Admission to the University of Toronto
Submit your application to any undergraduate program at U of T through OUAC.
The scholarship applies only to your top program choice at the time of selection.
Deadline is not announced for 2027, but typically falls around mid-October.
3. Submit the Pearson Scholarship Application
After your school nominates you and you have applied to U of T, the university will email you a private application link.
Scholarship application deadlines are not yet announced for 2027, but usually fall in early November.
