Eligibility

To be eligible for the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program 2025–2026, applicants must:

Be final-year high school students or recent graduates (Class of 2025).
Applicants from Iraq, Libya, Syria, West Bank/Gaza, and Yemen who graduated in 2024 are also eligible.
Demonstrate strong academic credentials and maintain high academic achievement throughout the application process.
Exhibit leadership potential, maturity, and adaptability.
Demonstrate financial need with supporting documentation.
Show English language proficiency with a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80 (valid within two years of program start).
Be able to travel and begin studies in August 2026.

Participants can pursue a wide range of undergraduate disciplines, depending on offerings at partner universities, such as:

Political Science and International Relations
Engineering and Computer Science
Media and Communication
Social Sciences and Humanities
Public Health and Environmental Studies
The aim is to equip students with the skills needed to lead positive change within their communities and beyond.

This is a fully funded scholarship program covering all major expenses for selected students, including:

Full tuition and enrollment fees
University housing
Monthly living stipend
Visa and residency permit fees

Two round-trip airfare tickets home per year

Upon completion, graduates join a network of over 1,900 Tomorrow’s Leaders alumni who are actively contributing to their societies as innovators, policymakers, and entrepreneurs.

Eligible Nationalities

Applicants must be citizens or nationals of one of the following countries or territories:

Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, the West Bank/Gaza, or Yemen.
Note: U.S. citizens and U.S. legal permanent residents are not eligible to apply.

Lebanese American University (LAU) – Lebanon
Students will benefit from a multicultural environment, a U.S.-style curriculum, and opportunities to study abroad for one semester in the United States.
