Eligibility
To apply for the 2025 Vital Voices Global Fellowship , applicants must meet the following criteria:
Identify as a woman
Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
Demonstrate commitment to the SDGs through their leadership, entrepreneurship, or public service
Proficient in English (all fellowship sessions will be conducted in English)
Willing to fully participate in the fellowship and actively engage with other women leaders across sectors
Meet the specific eligibility criteria for either VV Engage or VV Venture

This pillar focuses on empowering women who are social entrepreneurs. If you have a passion for social change and are actively working on a venture that addresses a societal need, this track will help you sharpen your entrepreneurial skills, expand your network, and take your venture to the next level.
VV Engage (Public Leadership)
For women in public leadership, this track is ideal for those involved in policy-making, advocacy, or working with governments and organizations to drive change. Participants will develop skills in policy advocacy, leadership in governance, and mobilizing communities to take action on pressing global issues.

The 2025 Vital Voices Global Fellowship brings together a cohort of passionate and committed women leaders from around the world, providing them with a platform to collaborate, innovate, and grow. As a fellow, you will benefit from:
Leadership Training : Through the Vital Voices Leadership Journey , fellows will undergo world-class leadership training that enhances their ability to create change in their communities.
Pillar-Specific Skill Development :
VV Venture (Social Entrepreneurship) : Focused on building the skills required to lead social ventures, fellow social entrepreneurs will gain tools to scale their impact.
VV Engage (Public Leadership) : Designed for public leaders, this track develops skills to advocate for policy changes and mobilize communities to drive social good.
Cross-Sector Collaboration : Opportunities to engage with public leaders, social entrepreneurs, changemakers, and civil society leaders to share knowledge and foster partnerships that amplify impact.
Access to the Vital Voices Network : Fellows will be integrated into the Vital Voices Community Hub , gaining mentorship, peer learning opportunities, and strategic connections from a global network of over thousands of changemakers .
In-Person Convening : Fellows will participate in an in-person event during the third quarter of 2025 (location TBC) to deepen their learning and further their collaborative relationships with fellow changemakers.
Certificate of Completion : Fellows who successfully complete the program will be awarded a certificate recognizing their commitment to leadership and change.
