Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) earned at least three years before the application deadline, with strong academic performance. Work Experience: Minimum of three years of recent, full-time, development-related professional work experience post-Bachelor’s degree. Exceptions apply for applicants from fragile or conflict-affected states. Health: Must be in good health.
